L'uracile phosphoribosyltransférase (UPRT) est une glycosyltransférase qui catalyse la réaction :

UMP diphosphate   ⇌ {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons }   uracile 5-phospho-α-D-ribose-1-diphosphate.

Cette enzyme intervient dans le sauvetage des pyrimidines chez de nombreux êtres vivants.
